Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the US leader in establishing and perfecting the employee relations management system for the local team in the US ;2. Responsible for the drafting, formulation, and signing of labor contracts and related agreements for the local team in the US; 3. Handle the hiring, relocation, rewards and punishments, and resignation procedures for employees of the local team in the US; 4. Organize the handling of complaints from local team employees and internal labor disputes, and improve internal communication channels; 5. Plan employee activities to enrich employee life, enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, and establish a harmonious relationship between employees and the company.
