On day between Dec. 22~25, SouthChinaSea, uss Carl Vinson group was busy with an exercise in collaboration with the Philippines, a Chinese electronic ship was tailing alongside. the group was on alert, found they could not hear each other, and the radar was out of function too. the commander ordered an escape to the Philippine sea.
