The main text mentions after-sales service points nationwide—which cities exactly have them? Are places like Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City all covered? Also, for the maximum 3-year warranty, is it available for all models, or only some of them?

For bulk purchases, it's best to first confirm whether the other party can provide a formal contract and invoice—it'll save you a lot of hassle when it comes to bookkeeping later on.

I'd like to ask: if it's a factory procurement in the Bac Ninh or Bac Giang area versus a company procurement in Ho Chi Minh City proper, would there be any differences in delivery time or after-sales response? Different industrial zones also seem to have somewhat different needs for computer configurations—for example, machines used for production line office work versus general administrative use. How do you usually differentiate the solutions for these?

Since they support invoicing and nationwide delivery, I'd suggest asking them for a quote with pricing tiers for different quantities first, then compare the after-sales terms.

Putting second-hand recycling and high-priced in-stock items together might make it hard to set a consistent pricing standard.

Actually, beyond price and unit count, what companies should really focus on when purchasing is the ongoing maintenance cost. Take 50 computers, for example—if they break down frequently within three years, even the most extensive after-sales network won't make up for the production losses. So instead of simply comparing unit prices, it makes more sense to write response times, loaner machine policies, and on-site service fees into the contract terms.
