Sihanoukville Drug and Weapons Case: 9 Chinese Nationals Indicted On October 5, the Sihanoukville Court announced that 9 Chinese nationals have been formally indicted by prosecutors on charges of illegal drug trafficking and illegal transportation and storage of weapons and ammunition. The case stems from an anti-drug operation conducted by police in the waters off Sihanoukville on September 23. Police seized approximately 900 kilograms of ketamine, 49 firearms (long and short), 7,937 rounds of ammunition, and 8 silencers, along with 1 speedboat, 2 cars, and 3 motorcycles as case-related items.
