2.如你在中国境外无直系亲属，且年满60周岁，已在中国连续居留满五年、每年在中国居留不少于九个月并有稳定生活保障和住所，可以申请投靠境内直系亲属办理永久居留。

3.如你曾有中国国籍，在中国又有近亲属，并且存款不低于20万，那么你可以选择恢复中国国籍。

4.年满60岁以上的外籍华人在中国购置房产，即可回国长期居留。
