OTA: Booking
On Skyscanner, select United States as the country and USD as the currency. The prices shown on the calendar are cached and the actual prices are cheaper. The cheapest I've found so far is on Booking for 11/16 and next year 1/31. Anyone who needs to travel to Asia can take a look.

I checked on Booking, and there really are fares from Seattle to Tokyo round-trip at $192, but the dates are very limited—I only saw a few days at the end of January. Also, is that price the total including taxes? How is the baggage allowance calculated? If it's just basic economy, there may be an extra baggage fee, which would push up the actual cost.
