Is this 150K per account or per household? And is the 4% on the excess only, or on the entire amount?

If the account already holds more than 150K, does newly transferred money earn 4% right away? Best to first check how the funds arrival time is calculated.

Honestly, 6% sounds high, but with the 150K cap, anything above that only earns 4%, which isn't very appealing for larger balances. I'll compare other similar cash management products first before deciding whether to move the excess elsewhere.
