What music do you listen to when you're losing money?

Every time I finish losing money and, feeling defeated, enter a moment of zen, this Spirited Away theme song comes to mind.

1 Hour Spirited Away OST The Name Of Life Piano C Excellent Quality

Although I've only seen the anime once, this piece gives a sense of life being transient and many things not really mattering—it fits the mood.

If for some reason life has hit rock bottom, I'll instead listen to Beethoven's Ninth, Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto, the Moonlight Sonata, and other classical pieces.

If I want to give myself a bit of an excuse, I'll listen to Don't Look Back in Anger.

I'd also like to see what everyone else shares.

If you're still feeling raw after a loss, don't rush to push through it with music. Instead, set a short window for yourself—say, listen to one track, then close the account page, step outside for ten minutes, and come back to it. This assumes the loss hasn't affected your essential living expenses; if it's already putting rent or loan payments at risk, sort out your positions and budget first before worrying about what to listen to.

Music can soften your emotions, but it can also make you rationalize a loss. Especially when you catch yourself playing the song that gives you an excuse, it's best to jot down the reasons you bought in the first place and revisit them in a few days to see whether they still hold up.

The Spirited Away one really does work well for the ending—it's not noisy, and it doesn't push you to perk up.

I'd like to know whether you listen to Beethoven's Ninth and Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto in full or pick individual movements—when you're losing money, your attention is limited, and the full pieces might actually weigh you down even more. Also, if you could add the specific source of that one-hour piano piece, it would make it easier for everyone to find.
