Some Prisoners from Phnom Penh's Prey Sar Prison Transferred to Kampot and Kep Provincial Prisons

Some Prisoners from Phnom Penh's Prey Sar Prison Transferred to Kampot and Kep Provincial Prisons Yesterday, the General Department of Prisons of Cambodia, together with law enforcement agencies from Phnom Penh, Kandal, Takeo, and Kep Provinces, launched a prisoner transfer operation. This transfer operation involved escorting and handing over some prisoners held at Prey Sar Prison in Phnom Penh to Kampot Provincial Prison and Kep Provincial Prison for continued detention. At present, the entire escort and security process has been completed smoothly and safely as planned. Was it because it was too crowded that a prison break incident occurred?
