AA is such garbage. BA only charges $5.6 in taxes and fees, yet Finnair charges 34k + €384.69 for the same DFW-PVG economy class flight, and Qantas piles on a bunch of YR too. You spend ages racking up points, and then you still have to pay a ransom fee to redeem a ticket—it's ugly beyond belief.
