This is a - pity party/shitpost
But I want to say that I hold both GOOG and INTC
One dealt me a heavy blow yesterday, and the other added another stab today
I'm so miserable

Holding both at the same time makes position sizing harder than stock picking.
If these two positions are already affecting your day-to-day life, consider setting a drawdown threshold you can live with, and trim part of the position once it's hit rather than toughing it out. That said, this only applies if you have no short-term need for the money—otherwise the priorities should be reversed.
I'd like to clarify—when you say "a heavy blow" and "one more stab," do you mean a big single-day drop, or that your position's unrealized loss has hit a certain percentage? Also, what share of your total portfolio does each of these two positions account for? The right way to handle this varies quite a bit depending on the situation—for example, whether it has hit your stop-loss discipline.
First figure out how much of the position the two together account for, then decide whether to make a move.
How long have you held each of these two stocks? Are they long-term core holdings, or positions you built recently? If GOOG fell yesterday after earnings and INTC is down today on sector news, the reasons behind each drop may be different—which company's fundamentals are you more worried about?
