The hourly range looks decent, but if you calculate the monthly salary based on 40 hours a week, it seems like statutory holidays and overtime aren't taken into account. Also, for live-in arrangements, how are working hours and rest periods defined? These feel like preconditions that are easy to overlook when hiring.

If the employer is hiring directly as a household, it's a good idea to confirm working hours and live-in arrangements in writing during your private messages, and ideally also ask whether they follow a formal employment process and whether insurance is provided. Once these basics are clear, discussing specific duties and pay afterward is much less likely to lead to misunderstandings.
