A while back I applied for the Citi-AA Platinum Select card. I remember clearly that I entered my existing AA membership number, but for some reason when I got the card, the number had changed. It seems they signed me up for a new AA account.
In this situation, can I merge the two accounts? Because my original account still has some miles in it 😅 and it's linked to Hyatt. I want to go for 100N this year.
If merging is possible, how do I go about it?
