†Ascension† I see everyone saying that for that question on the 485, as long as you've been sent to secondary inspection, you have to answer yes. So I'm curious: if I use AVR to enter and exit, and at the same time, because of an in-country COS, I inevitably have to go through secondary inspection at the port of entry to update my I-94, does that also count as being detained?
