Chase MDD Chapter 2: 7-10, Approved by Email One Second Later

Opened a CSR at 3:10 AM ET on October 1, then called during the day to lower the credit limit to $10k. Applied for the Chase IHG at 12:20 AM ET on October 2, got the 7-10 message and figured it was a bust. But right after I finished taking screenshots, I got the approval email. Opened the Chase app and it was already there. Shortest 7-10 ever. Funny.
