Just found out today that a transaction from my outlet lululemon purchase last quarter shows up as not lululemon, and it didn't trigger reimbursement either. Asked customer service and found out outlets aren't covered for reimbursement — total fail, got reverse-clawed instead. No idea where in that massive pile of terms the exclusion was written
