Two years ago at a career fair, people were still asking if I could refer them. Now when I go, as soon as they hear I'm from Meta, they all get these knowing smirks and then tell me to hit them up if I need a referral.
Also, any suggestions on good companies for someone with five years of MLE experience looking to pivot into LLM work?
