Excuse my ignorance, but how do I get C1S to show me all those high-cashback offers?

Most of the posts I see say you get emails, but aside from the sign-up and activation emails, I don't think I've ever gotten anything else. Am I on some blacklist? But I've barely used it—it's only been about six months since I signed up, and my cashback has just been the usual stuff, only a few dozen dollars total, so I doubt I'd be blacklisted. Veterans, please give me some pointers.
