Have 5 Marriott nights left, 170k IHG points, and 110k UR points from CSP—should I transfer them to Hyatt?

My Chase Marriott sign-up bonus of 5 nights expires on 6/27; I still have 170k IHG points. In the future, I'll probably mainly use them for travel in mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Hyatt points expire if there's no activity for two years. I'm not sure what a suitable ratio would be, or how many points I should transfer to Hyatt before 10/1. I'm thinking if there's an airline transfer bonus, would it also be a good idea to convert them into airline tickets? After all, I already have two hotels' worth of nights and points. I'd appreciate any advice from the experts.
