It would be better to make the job requirements more specific—for example, whether the role leans toward network maintenance, system operations, or remote desktop support, roughly how many hours per week are involved, whether on-site visits are required, and what the English and local language requirements are. That way, qualified engineers can check for themselves first, and when they reach out, they can directly state the areas and time slots they can cover.

Bangkok and the Philippines both offer time zone advantages, but scheduling across the two locations can add coordination overhead. If your clients are spread across different countries in Asia-Pacific, it's best to first decide whether you'll respond during local daytime hours or according to client time zones—otherwise, the actual working windows for part-time engineers will end up fragmented into small pieces.

If we only communicate via WeChat and WhatsApp, how can we verify the company entity and payment method before entering into a partnership?

I'd like to clarify whether this type of part-time work is paid per individual work order or based on a fixed number of hours per month. If on-site visits to the customer are required, who covers travel and transportation costs, and are engineers expected to provide their own equipment or hold a local work permit? If these terms aren't spelled out upfront, it's easy for disagreements to arise later over pricing and response times.
