On the evening of 9/21, I received the email about the c1s Logitech 100 get 98 back offer, so I went ahead and bought a wireless charging mouse pad. I can see it in shopping trips now, but it still hasn't shown up on the dashboard after two days. About how much longer do I need to wait? Also, how long without it showing up should I wait before contacting customer service? I've had screen recording on the whole time since I clicked the email. Thanks, forum friends.

I'd suggest checking the terms in that email first to see if they specify how long rewards usually take to post, and whether a purchase needs to post before it counts. Shopping trips only track the click, and the dashboard usually waits for the merchant to confirm the transaction, so a few days to a week or two is common. If it still hasn't shown up after the time limit stated in the terms, then it's safer to go to customer service with a screen recording.
Actually, you don't necessarily have to keep staring at the dashboard. Some cashback is only settled after the return window has passed, so if your mousepad is still within the return period, it's normal for it not to show up yet. Rather than guessing how long it'll take, it's better to first check whether the campaign terms specify a settlement period.
You've done well with the screen recording, but keep in mind that some campaigns require you to use a designated link and don't allow stacking other plugins, otherwise it may be deemed invalid.
You said the offer you got was in an email—was the link given directly in the email, or did you have to click through to activate it? Those two ways of crediting the account might work differently.
