Has anyone else run into this? I got all my login links sorted out. I even received the email from C1 saying: "You’re sharing your data with PayPal. You linked your Capital One accounts to PayPal, powered by Finicity, for data sharing. Unless you unlink your accounts, PayPal and Finicity will have access to your data for 12 months." But in the end, the page on my phone looks like this... I have no idea how to get past it. Hope anyone with a DP can share some insight.

It looks like you received an authorization email from Finicity, but the channel PayPal uses to link banks may be tied to your region and account type. PayPal accounts on the East Coast versus the West Coast, or those registered at different times, may not see exactly the same list of institutions to choose from.

Wait about ten minutes or so, then try again. Sometimes the authorization callback is delayed, but don't retry too many times.

Just to clarify — in your screenshot, is the page stuck at the step in PayPal where you select a bank, or does the problem only happen after it redirects back to the Capital One login? Also, did you link a checking account or a credit card, and what's the exact error message shown in PayPal? These details make a big difference in what we can try next.

Getting the email only means the data-sharing authorization went through. It doesn't necessarily mean PayPal has added the account to your wallet—those are two separate steps. If you keep getting stuck, it might not be something you're doing wrong; the bank may just not have synced the new authorization over yet.

The key issue may lie in the integration between Finicity and PayPal, not in whether you logged in correctly.
