The mortgage is with Truist Bank, which is a fairly large regional bank. I want to apply for Bilt, but I'm not sure if it can be used to pay a mortgage. Also, if my child's tuition is paid with a credit card, there is a 3% fee. In that case, would it still be more worthwhile to apply for the Palladium with 2x points? Are there any better options? For example, using an AS card?
