Can you share your AI Agent use cases? I'm trying to learn from the pros

Hey everyone,
I’m pretty new to AI and automation, and I'm really fascinated by AI agents. I understand the concept, but I’m struggling to visualize how people actually use them in their day-to-day jobs.
I'd love to hear about your real-world use cases. What kind of daily tasks or workflows have you successfully automated using AI? What tools are you using to make it happen, and how does it actually work from start to finish?
Just trying to learn from the community and get some inspiration for my first setup. Thanks!

As a senior I have written code for 35 years at least 8 hours per day. I will never ever write any line of code ever again.
AI is my assistant who does all the coding. I instruct it and do all the thinking and correcting. Agents are my slaves and I am their master.
It speeds up my work and my productivity went 10x. We no longer hire juniors and only want seniors that are good with AI.
Juniors who don’t have coding experience are completely fucked forever. Programming as a job is no more, like we kicked out all calculating people in the 1950s, as they were replaced by calculating machines, we will no longer have any programmers in the very near future. We’ll all get a team of agent devs and their price will become a race to zero cost.
My biggest problem now is that my brain explodes as I have to constantly instruct multiple agents working on multiple projects. The massive context switching all day long is hard, as we’re used to being in the zone with ultra focus on one problem at a time.
I love how AI is pushing me and our company forward like nothing else before. Without AI agents it feels like I only gave half a brain and no arms to work with.
