On September 12, Philippine GMA News reported that the National Bureau of Investigation's Cybercrime Division raided an apartment in Parañaque City, arresting 4 Chinese nationals, including 3 men and 1 woman.
The NBI discovered through online monitoring that someone was ordering illegal drugs via the internet, then disguising them as food takeout and ordinary online shopping packages to be delivered into the apartment.
