Overseas Warehouse Manager

I. Job Responsibilities 1. Oversee the daily operations and management of the overseas warehouse, coordinating the full workflow including inbound receiving, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, outbound shipping, and returns/exchanges, to ensure efficient and orderly warehouse operations. 2. Manage overseas warehouse inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile system data with physical inventory, and promptly handle inventory discrepancies, slow-moving, damaged, and expired goods to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize inventory turnover efficiency. 3. Liaise with domestic suppliers, overseas warehouse teams, and logistics channels, synchronize order, shipment, logistics, and exception information, track logistics status in a timely manner, and resolve issues such as lost packages, delays, and delivery confirmation exceptions. 4. Manage overseas warehouse order fulfillment, ensuring timely outbound delivery of online orders, controlling shipping timeliness and fulfillment quality, and reducing order negative reviews, returns, and dispute rates. 5. Compile daily and weekly warehouse operational data, including outbound volume, inventory accuracy, shipping timeliness, and exception order volume, produce basic data reports, optimize operational processes, and control warehousing and logistics costs. 6. Handle customer and platform after-sales issues in a timely manner, follow up on returns/exchanges inbound receiving, quality inspection, and re-listing processes, and properly resolve various warehouse operational exceptions. II. Job Requirements 1. Associate degree or above, permanent residency in Germany, 3 years or more of relevant overseas warehouse operations experience, familiar with overseas warehouse business, including transshipment or dropshipping. 2. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and e-commerce backend systems, with basic data statistics and review capabilities, and able to independently handle inventory and order exception issues. 3. Bilingual in German and Chinese, able to proficiently communicate with local overseas warehouses, logistics providers, and overseas customers in daily work. 4. Detail-oriented and rigorous, highly responsible, with good coordination, execution, and stress resistance abilities, able to efficiently complete daily operational work.
